Evolution Frame

While still having very similar design to the Iron 2015, the tube sections have been modified to give a very lightweight frame that at the same time is extremely stiff, especially in the seat and bottom bracket joints.

Iron Boost 148

The stay, with 148 mm wide BOOST specs and 12 mm thru axle, ensures extreme stiffness to the frame on the horizontal plane. The more forward-positioned seat tube and flatter section of the rear seat stays mean maintenance of optimum vertical flexibility, giving the rear wheel excellent grip both uphill and downhill.

Iron Inner Cable Routing

The ribbing around the head tube follows the path taken by the gear cable, enabling perfect working and avoiding the sheath getting rubbed.

Iron Technical Design: Distribution of Stress

The seat tube holds a 31.6 seat post and features a joint that reinforces the area protruding from the rear stays.

GEOMETRIE

Hardtail / IRON

Stiffness and excellent torsional strength are the main features of this frame, made of the most advanced Toray T800-M40J carbon fibres. Iron is offered in two new modern and attractive colours.
The low conical headset, enclosed in the extended section of the horizontal tube, makes the joint more solid vertically and confers excellent torsional strength on the bike. The 148 mm BOOST specification, with a 12 mm through pin, contributes to the stiffness of its frame. All cables and the derailleur attachment are hidden.
